The Reef: Completed in 1987 The Reef is a 16 levels block of 200 apartments divided into 2 wings – The Seaview Wing and the Landscape Wing. It is occupied by a cosmopolitan group of owners/residents of different cultures, ethnic groups and religions blend harmoniously. Our “Paradise on earth” is clean and spacious and also lush and green which really sets itself apart from other residential developments. The whole place is so relaxing and peaceful, where you can still wake up in the morning to the singing of birds and the sound of waves rushing against the rocks and beach. It certainly has the WOW factor!. Situated on top of an elevated portion of the terrain and facing the sea, the Reef is perfectly located between the township cum popular holiday resort of Batu Ferringhi and the suburb of Tanjung Bunga with all its conveniences.To the north, Batu Ferringhi (esp. its night trading stalls along the road-sides where shopping is great) for a fare of RM1.00 per person per trip. As well as to the City of Georgetown for a fare of RM2.00 per person. Batu Ferringhi is one of the most inviting beaches in Malaysia whilst Georgetown is the oldest colonial city in the country.
