Boom Gate Starts Today

The boom gate is officially operational today. Those unqualified for the access card (e.g. defaulters, guests of defaulters) will have to park at the side of the road leading to the gate.
For those whom have yet to collect their access card, the management office will open this Sunday (3rd February) from 10 am to 1 pm from them to do so.
Cooperation in this matter is highly appreciated.

Progress on the Painting

Here are some of the pictures taken today to show the progress of painting the building. It looks like we are ahead of schedule.

Gym Renovation

Just to update on the progress on the much awaited gym / common room. Initially we thought about just the relocation of the equipment from B4 to G floor (current renovated area). Since we the council view it to be long term, we have extended the area (still within the budget) to include a community center. In addition to the current gym equipment, we will add a new motorised treadmill, a IR sauna, vending machine etc. Basically it will be a place where residents can chill out.

Card Collection Update

Dear All,

I am pleased to inform you that up to now 12:00 noon 30th January 2008, 35% of the residence have collected. Just as a reminder we will be open this Sunday 3rd February from 10 am to 1 pm for the convenience of those who have not collected.

Boom Gate

This is the first posting for the Reef Apartment and what would be better than to inform that the much awaited boom gate will soon be operational. 1st February it the date where we shall start to use this facility. The card system will be an added security feature where the watchman will still carry out their duties of taking the note the cars coming in and going out. In addition this card system will control the access to the pool as well as much awaited gym.
Please collect your card from the office as from today and we shall open the Management Office this Sunday the 3rd of February, 1/2 day for those who are unable to collect during normal working hours.
