It is refreshing to discover that there are attempts to make it appear that there is some transparency in the management of this development.

It states that the 'blog does not allow anonymous comments'

Can you clarify who is in control of this blog? (eg as 'the reef')

Dear Reeflurker,

Is seem that you like to assume. This blog is set up in good faith and the council has always been transparent.

At the moment the reef is maintained by me, Zalman. I would be glad if I can get volunteers to maintain this blog.

reeflurker, unlike zalman, i like to assume that you meant well and did not mean to be sacarstic ie "attempts to make it appear". a big thank you to you! as part of the reef council, i think most of us are working harder to ensure we have a great community at the reef. being transparent and accessible is important. ciao.

I lurrrv being in the Reef..it is Paradise, and compared to some of the very 'high end' apartments which I visit, due to my work, we have a wonderful environment. When I moved here 10 years ago and Mt Pleasure were the management, it was awful! The corridors were dirty, and the pool was full of green slim and frogs! Kudos the the present Management and Committee for all they have done. There will always be people who like to thrive on faults rather than the positives. It is unhealthy! I would also like to compliment on the young men who keep our environment so clean and organised. I always enjoy their smiles and welcomes, and their cleaning work is excellent.
